Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

My life, as a single mom and work in sales has lots of demands. It requires much time that tends to be hectic 6 days in a week. I need to make it a point to balance time at work and time at home. Even how energetically fast I am, I end up sometimes feeling stressed and over worked. It often feels like there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done. Over-stress and over-tiredness make us unhappy, impatient and frustrated. It can even affect our health.  I managed to always cope up with that in my own ways of positive thinking and of meditations like RUNNING. This is how I work my way out to relieve all the stress. I always keep it up!

Yet in our lives we have ups and downs. Problems can arise anytime and most of the time catching us off guard. If there is a lot going on in our mind due to stress, mind becomes so irrational and poor judgement becomes the issue. Problems may pile up for making a bad decision which can get us in total mess. We really need a way to meditate to calm our mind. Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcoming negative minds and cultivating constructive thoughts for better problem solving. I learned from it somehow.

In my case, there are already lots of thoughts going on and my meditation for that is to write, It gives me total comfort. The reason I have my blogs.

There are certain factors that triggers overflowing thoughts when stressed out that develops into anxiety or even mood swings. I think too much, analyze too much, intellectualize too much and when I feel that it is getting out of control I seek my unique way of meditation in writing and listening to music. And when there is really a greater chance of going somewhere away from noise, I always grab that opportunity for a solitude meditation. There is something in silence that really relaxes my mind, body and soul. A real profound meditation.

Another way of meditation is reading. I have ebooks to read on but it seems that they are still not enough. Still finding other interesting good reads online.

There are really a lot of ways on how to connect our mind, body and soul for contemplation. We just have to find it ourselves what works best. You will definitely know it somehow because of the light and bubbly feeling.

The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.

I would like to share this audio for Guided Meditation by Agapi which I had saved on my phone and other devices so I can let it play anytime 🙂 It might be useful for you.

I am one of the people that is more interested right now with the peaceful philosophy of Buddhism. Particularly, the very deep interest in learning how to meditate, both to overcome stress and anxiety, and to deepen one’s spiritual experience. It’s just makes me amazingly curious.

This is another diversion in keeping me busy which will be beneficial for my whole being…mind, body and soul in one. I will read and research more online.

I am not aspiring much to follow all the stages of Buddhist Path. Somehow, I am aware that I am already unknowingly practicing some  regardless if I am properly doing them or not but some works great.

Through analytical meditation we shall perceive our object clearly, then through placement meditation we shall gain deeper levels of experience or realization. The main purpose of all stages of Buddhist path meditations is to transform our mind into the path to enlightenment by bringing about the deepest levels of realization. The sign that we have gained perfect realization of any object is that none of our subsequent actions are incompatible with it and that all of them become more meaningful. For example, when we have gained a perfect realization of compassion we are never again capable of willingly inflicting harm upon any other living being and all our subsequent actions are influenced by compassion.
